Richard brings his experience in engineering, technology, corporate management, and real estate development to provide strategic legal guidance for clients navigating complex real estate transactions. With a deep understanding of the development process from both a business and legal perspective, he helps clients structure deals, mitigate risks, and overcome regulatory hurdles. Whether working with developers, investors, or business owners, Richard delivers practical, results-driven counsel to turn real estate visions into reality.
